We begin with a warm-up series that integrates the body and mind, while stimulating the soul’s creative energy. We then move into explorations of dance concepts developing our foundation for expressive movement and improvisation. This class will culminate in choreographic exercises, journal writing, and group sharing. Students will be guided to create their own movements, to express their own feelings and ideas. No two people are expected to move in exactly the same way, because no two people are exactly alike.

Soulful Moves is an opportunity to move in a way that feels natural in your body and being, to explore all the possibilities of expression through movement, to awaken the dancer in your body and your soul and to remember that movement is joyful and freeing!! Learn about Gina here.
