Re-new and re-balance through the combined benefits of both ancient healing practises of Shiatsu and Yoga in a workshop based upon the five elements of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) system - Earth, Fire, Metal, Water and Wood. Shiatsu is a Japanese massage therapy which has its roots in TCM and which is basically acupuncture without the needles – instead different hands-on techniques are used to ease areas of tension.

This unique workshop will blend Shiatsu techniques, TCM theory and Yoga postures in a special sequence designed to raise your energy levels and release a sore or tired back. You will also learn self-acupressure points and Shiatsu techniques to ease a headache, to calm anxiety, to boost circulation, and to improve your immune and digestive systems. The session will end with relaxation to help body and mind to fully integrate the effects of the practise.

This is suitable for all, even complete beginners to Yoga.
