	Deepen your Yoga knowledge with Yoga Okoboji, Registered Yoga School. Saturday 8am-9pm, Sunday 8am-5pm. After completing 9 weekends, a 200 hour study, receive your certificate. With this certificate you are able to apply and register with the Yoga Alliance for 200 hour RYT (registered yoga teacher)status. Weekend workshops include practice and teaching of asana, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, chanting and yoga sutras. December topic is standing postures.
