Matthew Harper of Ottawa Canada in this 7 Night grounding retreat where you can deepen your current practice, relax and take time for yourself. The daily schedule will include two sessions; A Flow and a Yin Yoga practice. There will also be two Thai massage and Partner yoga workshops, one heavy on the massage. Enjoy as many of the sessions as you desire throughout the retreat.
