Melissa Willis has been practicing as a physical therapist for over 9 years and completed her 220hr yoga teacher training at Wilmington Yoga Center. She will be teaching a prenatal yoga class and providing education on exercise guidelines and self-care during pregnancy. Pregnancy is a time of change and growth as new life forms inside of you. It is important for you and your baby that you take steps to nurture your body, mind and spirit during this process. Women in all stages of pregnancy are welcome! For those who are having complications please discuss any activity restrictions or other recommendations with your physician prior to attending. We look forward to practicing with you as you learn about and explore how yoga can support a healthy pregnancy! |
