In yoga, and in life, The Goldilocks Effect is when you find ultimate balance, the “just right” sweet and juicy spot where you wanna stay and gobble up the whole experience, snuggle in and stay awhile, like Goldilocks eating the porridge and sleeping in Baby Bear’s bed. This workshop shows you how to align your body to find The Goldilocks Effect on the mat and then apply these practical principles to your every day life, to create balance and feel things as “just right.” In yoga, finding "just right" comes in balancing the seven chakras through practices like muscular engagements and breathing techniques. This workshop will give you practical techniques to balance each of the seven major chakras through yoga exercises you can do on AND off your mat. Cost: $30 per session. |
