Swami Muktidharma, the New Zealand Acharya of the Satyananda Yoga tradition, is an inspiring teacher and speaker who shares from the heart his deeply experiential and practical understanding of yoga. His wisdom comes from more than 40 years of experience in yoga practice. He received direct training in all aspects of the yoga science living 16 years in India with his inspirer Paramahansa Satyananda. The yoga he teaches is a practical, scientific and balanced approach to the modern human being.
