Transform yourself through the study of the advanced practices of kriya, pranayama and meditation. Learn the art of advanced sequencing. Revive your teaching style and bring a richness to your students. Prepare to teach private yoga sessions, prescriptive yoga and yoga therapy. Must have completed a 200-hr program prior. No bridge program required (upon approval of prior program).

Training takes place one weekend per month for a total of 14-15 months. Only 12 actual training weekends, other hours to include one-on-one mentoring & personal work. Will meet in March, April, May, June, August, Sept, Oct, Nov -2013, and Jan, Feb, March, and April -2014. Weekend schedule will be Friday 6pm-10pm, and Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm.
