	Saturday, November 17th: Holiday Open House at Nokomis Yoga. Free classes to new students all morning. Free Meditation Class from 2pm-2:30pm. Fitness workshop with Body One Wellness from 3-5pm . Free Hatha Yoga Stress Relief for the Holidays class from 5:30-6:30pm. Kirtan at 7:30pm. www.nokomisyoga.com/workshops.htm Reception with live music, massage, reiki, food, holiday gifts and more at Eastern Shore Natural Health (next to Nokomis Yoga)from 3-7pm. All are welcome!!
