Enjoy a week of invigorating Hatha-Vinyasa yoga and offerings of meditation and relaxation techniques. Between sessions, you can choose to explore the surrounding countryside or enjoy an excursion to lakes, villages or local markets. Alternatively, enjoy a dip in the pool, relax your muscles in the sauna or hydrotherapy pool or indulge in a massage of your choice.
