Your yoga this week will be led by two teachers. On most days, there will be two yoga sessions. There will be a led meditation each morning followed by an uplifting, alignment based flowing practice. The second session in the evening will be more restoratative and combine some yoga nidra and pranayama (breathing exercise) This retreat is open to all yoga practitioners except complete beginners. With two experienced teachers on hand to guide you, you will receive a good level of support and attention, with variations of poses and adjustments to inspire everyone's practice. Sessions are broken up in such a way to ensure that you are free to participate in as many or few sessions as you wish.

Accommodation here is beautiful and food here is truly special! Meals are all macro biotic vegetarian, prepared freshly every day by an amazing chef! It will leave you feeling amazing!
