SPECIAL CHRISTMAS SATSANG! Tratak meditation, chanting and yogic dinner

Wherever the eyes go, the mind follows, so that while gazing at a point your mind is also involved. Even though Tratak primarily strengthens the concentration and purifies the mind, it improves the eye-sight at the same time and animates the braind through the optic nerves. Tratak or steady gazing is an excellent concentration-exercise and it is one of the six purifiation-exercises called Kriyas. This evening we will practise steady gazing at a candle.

And continuing with... joyfull chanting story telling from Swami Sivananda and other old indian stories yogic meal and enjoying the company of your class collegues and the yoga comunity!!
