Join me at the beautiful Hameau de Certes,a perfect setting for my ‘nourish and nurture’ yoga week. The venue nestles high above a valley in one of the most unspoiled regions of France. There are views of mountains, rolling green hills and distant villages. Take advantage of the immense space and freedom to enjoy some time for 'you' away from the hustle and bustle of life. Immerse yourself in the wonderful practice of yoga and the peace and natural beauty of nature.
Our focus for this week will be the nurturing and nourishing of the self. Using a variety of yoga practices we will seek to engage with and care for the physical, emotional, breathing and spiritual bodies. This will be a fun week where we will take the time to be very present in the body and embrace the wonder of the self. |
