This 2 hour (1:00 - 3:00pm) workshop will focus on how athletes can benefit from yoga. You will learn various postures for building strength and flexibility, decreasing athletic injuries and developing personal improvement within a sport. Additionally, you will learn the use of Savasana, relaxation and mental visualization to improve/compliment athletic performance.
