**Working with Core Strength - 9am to 12pm The whole body can be organized by a pattern of connectivity that begins in the centre core of the body and radiates out through the torso. Developing the inner strength of core muscles creates a strong foundation for the body as it moves externally in all directions. The inner core allows us to support the strength, stability and alignment of our yoga postures.

This 3-hour workshop is suitable for beginners to teachers alike, as we explore the deeper connections required to further develop our yoga practice.

**The Rhythm of Vinyasa Flow - 2pm to 5pm “Students will experience a deeper practice when they synchronise breath with flowing movement.”

Judy will lead the class in a safe, dynamic flowing movement of postures set to music, allowing the students to focus on the smooth movements of transition between the postures, using conscious breathing.

The body becomes revitalized and its ability to heal is enhanced by stretching and strengthening.

Increased body heat and energy loosens muscles, increases blood flow carrying oxygen to vital organs, and rids the body of harmful toxins.
