Twisting is an important element in every movement we make. Thousands of times a day we turn our bodies left and right. Our ability to turn freely can become restricted and suddenly turning to look over your shoulder while driving becomes difficult, or you may notice you no longer have the flexibility and freedom of movement in a yoga pose or sport you used to enjoy. The wonderful engineering of the spine though makes turning possible. Over the weekend we’ll explore effective, fast acting and enjoyable ways to restore the natural way your spine is designed to twist. This new awareness will increase your comfort and range of motion while twisting. We’ll draw on principals from the Feldenkrais Method, Bones For Life and Reflexology to rewaken the body’s natural ability to twist.

Happy Feet - 2pm Sunday 9th December “Effective twisting from your foundation” 2 hour class

Each class can be taken separately however the momentum of this workshop will bring you new awareness of the bodies habitual patterns helping you to move more harmoniously in all your physical performances.
