This course is for those who do not want to be a yoga teacher or a yoga instructor but just want to do it for self-practice and self-improvement. It caters for regular yoga practitioners, Yoga beginners and those who has not done yoga before in their life.
The topics covered in this part of the course gives beginners and those who do not have a clear understanding of the elements of Yoga a firm foundation. These elements and their precise explanations may not have been handled by those who practice in other yoga studios. The teachers in these studios may not have the time and/or the knowledge to explain the critical messages embedded in the practice.
We cover adjustments, alignments, anatomy and physiology and yoga philosophy in detail to give a thorough basic understanding.
After the course, a non-teaching certificate of participation is awarded.
Firm basic foundation on the concepts of Yoga and its practice, to enable you to do self practice safely, and understanding the effects of each yoga posture (asana) and pranayama.
After the Yoga for self practice program, you will not have to depend on going to Yoga studios for classes anymore
