This class will begin with the invocation to Patanjali and then a brief introduction to all four chapters of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. From there we will focus mainly on the second chapter discussing Astanga yoga, specifically Yamas and Niyamas and the important role they play in our yoga practice. |
