Yoga is more than a physical activity confined by walls, mats, and a roof over your head. Too often we rush to class to secure a spot on the studio floor and begin our practice without taking note of our surroundings. We may compare our poses with those of others; or get distracted easily by other people in the room.

By getting out of the studio and into the open air, you can experience yoga as it was originally intended. Being outdoors will awaken your senses and allow you to feel part of the universe.

This Workshop will take place on the rooftop of Davannayoga, with a view over the ocean and above historic old town. This kind of practice can strengthen an existing practice or inspire a new one.
