Lunar Phase: Friday, March 22nd, 7:30-9:30pm

$30 pre-registration, $35 on the day-of

The lunar phase of this practice will introduce you to the art of thai massage and thai flying. This gentle practice will give you a sturdy foundation as a base, while opening the hips and the heart in gentle twists, folds, and reclining postures.

This is an introductory-level acro class. There are no prerequisites.

Solar Phase: Saturday, March 23rd, 4-7pm

$40 pre-registration, $45 on the day-of

This solar phase of the practice will build on your pre-existing foundation, strengthening the core and upper body, to create high-flying acrobatic and aerial arts. Students will work on moving transitions and deepen their experience with arm balances.

Requirements for this course are having attended at least one introductory-level acro class.

$70 to register for both sessions
$30 pre-registration, $35 on the day-of (Friday 3/22)
$40 pre-registration, $45 on the day-of (Saturday 3/23)

Students are encouraged to join the series both alone or with a partner!
