A 10-day preparatory course for those preparing to undertake the Intensive Yoga Teacher Training Course in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow (200 hr). In this preparatory Course, you will help condition your body to the required level of suppleness as well as get into the right frame of mind to help you in the physically Intensive primary Ashtanga Series alongwith the deep rooted traditional knowledge and foundation. Price includes Single Room accommodation with attached bathroom, 3 meals daily, tuition and training for the entire 10-day duration. |
