Spring is an inspired time of opening to new growth. Join Kim Chandler and Janne Sahady in an uplifting, rejuvenating experience of hip openers and twists. We will weave layers of intention, physical alignment and action to support the fullest awakening of each pose. The class will include meditation, pranayama and a progressive asana sequence with a guided yoga nidra. The pace will be spacious and mindful to give us time for a truly magnificent unfolding of expression and presence. Learn how wise effort gives way to ease. 9:30-11:30 AM |
