Class is from 10:30AM- 11:30AM including optional social time from 11:30AM- NOON. Join us for this special opportunity for quality time with baby and to reconnect with your own body and breath. Every week enjoy grounding, breathing and learning yoga postures for both you and baby! A guided practice in a playful welcoming space with lots of flexibility for baby’s needs (nursing/feeding, diaper changing & fussing are to be expected). Bond with baby through grounding, breathing, postures & play Progress through a practice of classic asana postures that incorporate baby and her own developmental stages Learn simple baby massage and stimulation exercises which help baby establish healthy physical coordination Reestablish strength and mobility in mom's postpartum body Socialize with other yoga mommies and babies Continued practice and re-enrollment is strongly encouraged. Yoga mats provided if you don't have one. Please bring a blanket for baby to practice on. |
