We invite you to join us in Vermont for a needed long weekend of yoga, meditation, discussion, great food, fun, outdoor activities and more! We're excited to be retreating to Good Commons again as Winter in Vermont is absolutely beautiful! Arrive Thursday March 14th anytime after 4 p.m. and settle into your room. We'll meet at 5 p.m. for our opening class followed by a gourmet dinner prepared just for us! Friday we awaken early for meditation and pranayama followed by a robust vinyasa practice. We break for brunch at 10:30 a.m, and after you are free to explore the region. We'll meet again at 4:30 p.m. for another practice, and dinner will be around 7:30 p.m. Friday night. Saturday schedule will be similar to Friday. Sunday we'll awaken for another meditation, pranayama and asana practice. We can depart at our leisure after brunch on Sunday. |
