Rebekah Deter returns from a 4 month adventure in Alaska with a new perspective and renewed energy. She has been practicing Yoga Nidra for over 7 years and considers it a vital part of her practice. Rebekah is a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200). She teaches group and private yoga classes and prenatal yoga at Amara.

We have changing rooms, and mats and props are available for use at no charge. If this is your first visit to the studio, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can show you around and help you get signed in. Parking is convenient, plentiful, and always free. Our outside entrance is on the Vine Street side of Lincoln Square, next to the Great Impasta.
