In this workshop you will:

- discover new ways of understanding yourself - learn how to calculate your numerology and discover your areas of challenges and gifts - experience the dynamic and transforming energy of Kundalini Yoga and meditation - design a personal daily practice, based on your numerology, to bring about changes you would like to see if your life - receive a comprehensive hand-out that includes lists of yoga sets and meditations for activating each of the numbers.

NOTE: Shakta's Kundalini Yoga Book is the main resource for this course. If you have a copy, bring it along, or it can be purchased at the course for $12.00.

Time: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Lunch break from 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM. You may bring your lunch or visit any of the restaurants that are minutes away.
