Join us for 2 hours of serenity and bliss! De-stress and nurture your body, mind and spirit. First hour focused on meditative movement while the second hour is all about the restorative poses using bolsters and blankets to just let go and relax! We finish with either a guided relaxation or Yoga Nidra, an ancient technique of deep relaxation and healing. Appropriate for All Levels.
