Awakening Wisdom - Weekend Workshop with Betsey Downing: Awaken to the wisdom of your essential nature, and discover gifts waiting to be expressed. Teaching with humor, compassion, and progressive sequencing, Betsey will lead a weekend of empowering yoga fun, interspersed with techniques to awaken wisdom and live in greater Presence. $45 for each workshop, or $150 for the whole weekend. 2/8 Fri, 6:00-8:30 pm: Potpourri class: Moving Forward with Humility and Confidence 2/9 Sat , 9:00-11:30 am: The Courage of Authenticity in Back Bends 2/9 Sat, 2:00-4:30 pm: Tapping Inner Resources in Hip openers, Quieting poses, and Pranayama 2/10 Sun, 10:00 am-12:30 pm: Handstand workshop: Support Yourself! |
