	This Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course is brought to Monte Vista by Vastu International School of Yoga. They have been offering yoga classes and yoga teacher trainings since 2003. This training is based on the traditional Sivananda curriculum and training offered at the Sivananda Ashrams. This traditional residential 21 day intensive program is designed to totally immerse students into a yogic lifestyle.
