	A wonderful weekend of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and some Epic Mountain Biking in the stunning Elan Valley. 5 Yoga sessions over the weekend and 2 days of guided rides on natural trails in some of the wildest areas of Wales. Delicious food all weekend. Accommodation at the Elan Valley Lodge - a 5 star activity centre with comfortable rooms - all single occupancy. This weekend is suitable for people with some Mountain Biking experience and a reasonable level of fitness. Bike Hire available.
