We will start with a gentle yoga practice to clear away the past, ground us in the present and open our hearts to the future. Then supplies will be provided to make your own Vision Board collage for 2013. Our session will close with a special yoga practice to breathe life into our creations and send our dreams and desires out into the world. No yoga or art experience is necessary to participate. It's a great way to start out the new year!
