The training includes your 40 contact/non-contact training hours. The training doesn't include: your anatomy and physiology teacher's price which is $180.00-$200.00 for your 20hrs of required training, as well as your books, which are under $100.00.
The course requires a application which doesn't promise you a place in the school. Our main goal is to provide the world with the true meaning of the 8 limbs of yoga. Also, most importantly, to create good teachers. However, not everyone is meant to teach, so taking the training for the journey towards understanding yourself can be your purpose for taking the course.
