OhmSantih Yoga 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher training course (AYTTC) aims to provide all our students with a solid foundation on the teaching methodology of Ashtanga yoga and as well as the practical and theoretical aspects of this ancient gift.
Our AYTTC curriculum includes a module on Yoga Chikitsa (Yoga Therapy) to fully enrich and prepare our teachers as this field of alternative treatment is gaining popularity in Singapore. The school also offers in-house internship programme to fully equip the trainee teachers with actual teaching experiences as well as hands-on experience on sequencing an effective class.
After graduating from our Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course, students can register as a Registered Yoga Teacher 200Hrs (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance.

With a Degree in Pharmaceutical Management, Teacher War War is extremely knowledgeable in Human Anatomy and Physiology. She is able to fully blend this knowledge in Human Anatomy and Physiology with her knowledge of Yoga, making her one of the best in Yoga Therapy.
Based on her years of experience as a training manager in a multi-national pharmaceutical company and her qualification in Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), she had developed a systematic approach to equipping each student with the fundamental skill-sets and knowledge to becoming an effective yoga teacher. With her outgoing and approachable personality, she is able to deliver the curriculum in a fun and yet effective way, engaging her students and therefore creating a conducive environment for sharing and learning to take place.
At OhmSantih Yoga, our top priority is to ensure that all students receive equal amount of attention so that the process of learning can happen effectively, and thus, we have keep our class size small with a maximum of 6 students. This allows each student to feel comfortable raising doubts and seek clarification, thus maximizing their learning experience.
