Women at all points along the journey to becoming mothers are welcome to join in as we learn poses to encourage relaxation and awareness of body and baby, strategies for maintaining strength and flexibility while the body changes, breathing and meditation techniques to ease worries and frustrations, and simple methods to aid postpartum recovery and rest.
