A workhop divided in two days, an hour per practise where we will build up the fundamentals for your personal practice of the asana.
During the workshop we will learn: •The basic principles of aligment in the posture and mecanics of the body •Precisely learn to go up in 8 steps according to your body and level •Building up confidence, loosing fears •Time for personal corrections •Learn how to practice by yourself in a collective class or at home

if I have been coming to class for a while and I still struggle with the asana if I am quite new at the practice and want to take the proper time to learn it if I am really scared, fustrated, avoiding to practice it or nor liking it at all, and I think I never will be able to do it!!!

King of asanas, the headstand or Sirshasana is one of the most power- fully benefitial postures both for the body and the mind. By reversing the normal effects of gravity, it rests the heart, aids the circulation, and releives pressure from the lower back, as well as improving memory, concentration and sensory faculties. Mastering the headstand requires no great strength. It is larger a matter of conquering your fears and believe that you can do it!
