It is a 55 hours training which includes Anatomy of Muscular system, Skeletal System, Alignment of postures, etc. These hours can be accumulated to register in Yoga Alliance as ERYT500 and whoever follows and finishes 55 hours in these courses will be getting a certificate with "Continue Education Program" by Drishti Vinyasa Yoga.
