Mondays, Jan. 21 - Feb. 25, 6-7:30 p.m.

Our six-week Novice class is designed for those who may be tentative about attending a regular class for fear of winding up next to a ballerina who can tie her body in complex knots, or simply being in a class where you will be the only beginner.

This class is for people just like you, with the promise that each and every pose will be broken down and modified for you. Print-outs will be given after most of the classes to help you practice at home. At the end of this six-week session you will feel confident continuing on in our regular classes.

P.S. For six weeks (Jan. 21-Feb. 25), Lynn's Monday night Flow Yoga Level 1 class will become a Novice class. Those of you who regularly attend Flow Level 1 are welcome to continue and get back to basics, or Lynn will recommend another Level 1 class for you.
