Join Maria Garre and Guest Teachers for a rare opportunity to immerse and go deep into the study of Yoga in India. Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. During our month together we will enjoy Ganga riverside meditations, Vedic chanting with local temple priests, philosophy and Hindu mythology, and cultural excursions in addition to a comprehensive teacher training curriculum. Rishikesh, known as the Yoga capital of the world, will be our home supporting and nurturing our learning and personal inner transformation. Whether you desire to become a teacher of Yoga or simply dive deeper into the roots of Yoga, this evolutionary training will renew your mind, body and soul!
