Our program is a Yoga Alliance 200hr Registered Yoga School.

Teacher Training is guided by Sid McNairy a celebrated yogi who is ready to help you be the best yoga teacher you can be. You will come away from teacher training ready to hold the space of a powerful, successful yoga teacher.

Our process begins with an inward exploration, as one completes the Empowerment and Beyond training. During these beginning 6 weeks, one establishes a stronger foundation of their asana practice and begins to release personal barriers. Training sessions include assisting and adjustment techniques, the anatomy of yoga, yoga philosophy, Sid Yoga principles of teaching and methodology, delivery and voice coaching, sequence training, techniques of teaching, and delivering a class from inner power and authenticity. One will be able to teach both 60 and 90 minute power vinyasa classes, including all-levels and basics. Additional requirements completed on one’s own schedule include book readings, Karma yoga (selfless service), assisting practicum, and post-training teaching internship.

Staff includes Sid McNairy, Lindsay Lusignea, and supporting certified instructors that are here to enhance your experience and support you along the way.

Here at Sid Yoga we understand that you have to “Live It To Give It!” Get ready to be empowered and open up to going beyond! We look forward to walking every step along the way with you! Peace.
