? the heart chakra meditation is a simple, but powerful moving meditation from the sufi tradition. using simple steps and movements we become deeply present and open up the energy of the heart center while honoring the 4 directions, creating our own sacred cirlce or mandala. the moving meditation will be followed by a long savasana (deep relaxation).
