	Escape for a blissful afternoon of Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong and more! We will be offering 'mini class' samples from our teachers, and in between on the breaks we will have herbal tea, juice and light snacks available as well as aromatherapy and body care product samples for you to try out. The workshop will be held from 2-5pm, and costs $15. Pre-registration and payment for this event is required as space is limited.
