Join Caroline Devin, a holistic health and wellness coach, on February 9th at 11:00 am for the 10 Keys to Healthy Eating workshop and discover the best foods to eat for you optimum health. You'll also learn what to really look for on food labels, why the food you are eating could be making you hungry, and how changing one common ingredient can help you lose weight, boost your energy and prevent disease.
The workshop's engaging format encourages interactive participation, with a question-and-answer segment following the presentation. As an added bonus, each participant will receive a step-by-step plan for healthy eating.

Caroline Devin: Caroline Devin is a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. She received her training at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is actively pursuing her Nutrition and Dietetics Degree at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut. Caroline specializes in weight management and healthy living. She believes even the smallest changes can make a huge impact on a person's health. Prior to becoming a Health Coach, Caroline received her B.S. in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and worked in the accounting field for over 15 years.
