Join us for a Chakra Toning Yoga Class every Wednesday 7pm-8:15pm. This is a restorative hatha yoga class. We will incorporate chakra toning with the use of "bija" or "seed" sounds that resonate with and balance the seven major chakras. A beautiful and relaxing way to end your workday. |
