The program involves two daily yoga & meditation classes and nature walks. This retreat also includes classes on nutrition and healthy eating and advice on detoxing methods.

Our qualified therapists on hand will be offering a range of treatments including therapeutic deep tissue massage, Ayurvedic massage and Access Consciousness BARS therapy.

You will be staying in a beautiful renovated farmhouse set in meadows and with views to Montserrat from the north. The house has a large yoga room, chillout room, and swimming pool. Approx. 40 minutes drive north of Barcelona. Transfers to and from the house can be arranged in advance.

Price includes accommodation, all meals, drinks and activities. Massage and treatments are extra.
