Your kids will enjoy creative workshops with yoga games and songs, breath meditations, relaxing visualizations, and fun, fun, fun yoga movements for ages 5-10. Yoga for children is a natural way to exercise, relax, focus, and strengthen the body/mind/spirit connection.
