Sunday, January 13, 2013 3:00-5:00PM Learn the basics of alignment and breath in a yoga practice. This workshop is intended for new beginners and those who would like to focus on the basics. New students will be prepared to attend Level 1/2 classes after completing this introductory workshop.
Workshop cost is $25.00 by 1/16/13; $30.00 after 1/16/13. New students can take advantage of the workshop plus one month unlimited classes for $65.00. |
