Introducing Family Yoga at CBW Come join the CBW family for a fun filled hour of Family Yoga. This is an opportunity for children (ages 7 and older) and adults (parent, grandparent, older sibling, etc.) to enjoy the benefits of yoga through age- and intensity level-appropriate variations that accommodate all of the students in the class.
