	Join Alex and Jeremiah for a playful, light hearted, and mutually beneficial approach to yoga. Partner poses are a great way to explore yoga through touch and connection. It is designed to allow participants an opportunity to deeply stretch the body while developing trust. This two hour workshop will incorporate, breath work, partner poses and stretches, some basic flying techniques, and thai yoga massage. Class will conclude with a long savasana for two. Bring a friend or someone you love! All participants will be invited to work at the level of their partnership. Workshop Level No previous yoga experience necessary. Notes about the day: Each person will need a yoga mat. The room will not be heated. February 10, 2013 from Noon - 2pm Pricing Registration - $25 per person (all annual members receive 15% off)
