Yoga training course based on Hatha Yoga ( mix of Sivananda, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Yin tradition ). Participants will learn how to teach yoga safely with principal of alignment and create yoga sequence skillfuly ( from general sequence into various thematic yoga sequences to suit the different needs of yoga students). This training also put a specific focus on practicing and teaching various themes of Yoga Nidra. |
