	COMO Shambhala is pleased to offer a comprehensive 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training spanning two terms. Our course will provide a thorough grounding in all aspects of Modern and Historical Yoga. A strong emphasis will be placed on Teaching Methodology and Self Practice so that students will learn to teach safely and with confidence. This demanding yet highly rewarding programme offers the flexibility to complete the full requirement of 500 hours split across two distinct terms (200/300 hours).
